Partnership for Governance Reform in Indonesia

The Partnership for Governance Reform in Indonesia is a multi-stakeholder association dedicated to support Indonesian initiatives aiming at supporting governance reform agenda. The Partnership works closely with national and international community to initiate, advocate, and promote sustainable governance reform in Indonesia.

The Partnership brings together the Indonesian Government, Legislature, Judiciary, Civil Society, and the Corporate Sector with the support of the International Community in initiating a long-term process to improve governance in Indonesia in a durable way which expresses Indonesian ownership.

Currently we have immediate vacancy for high caliber Indonesians with high integrity to fill the following position:

Program Assistant on Kemitraan's Support to Ministry of Forestry

Summary of key functions:    
1. Managing Office/Secretariate and the sequence of the program activities.
2. Assisting the Program Officer in arranging meetings and events.
3. Assisting Program Officer in executing activities and preparation of reports.
4. Assisting Program Officer in handling administration and financial matters of the program implementation

Recruitment Qualifications:    
Education:
Bachelors (S1) Degree in Forestry, Social Science or other related fields, having good knowledge regarding the community forestry policies; clear commitment to governance reform; humble in character and patient in listening to stakeholders is a must; willing to develop a good teamwork; having a good skill in report writing, and good skill on the use of ICT.

Experience:
Min. 3 years of relevant experience in community forestry project implementation; having good understanding in community development; understanding in administration and financial management

Language Requirements:
Fluency in the written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia

Major Roles:

To support World Vision Indonesia’s strategic mandate to “grow resources and influence to increase our impact with children, communities and supporters,”  and “build the organization and its sustainability” as a key liaison between WVIndonesia donors and project/program implementers. 

Qualifications:

- Min. S1 degree in relevant field 
- Min. TOEFL Score 550
- Min 2 years experience in humanitarian works
- Competent in Log frame designs
- Strong experience in project management (design) and proposal writing
- Excellent communication skill
