Requirements PT Bank BCA Syariah:
- Male/Female, age 25 - 35 years old
- Min D3, experienced as account officer in bank, preferably min 3 years in sharia banking
- Have a good analitycal, negotiation and selling skills
- Communicative, tenacious, not easily give up, honest, motivated and high mobility
- Computer literate min MS Office
- Have a good knowledge in Islamic banking products
- Have a good potential customers database
Requirements Bank BCA Syariah 2012:
- Male/Female with maximum age 26 years old
- Min S1 / S2 majoring in Psychology from reputable universities
- Computer literate min MS. Office
- Having a good skills in instructing and assay scroring
- Mastering in behavior-based interviewing techniques.
- Honest, workmanlike, diligent and able to work under pressure.
- Understanding in the psychological tools.
- Have a good knowledge in the recruitment process flow.
- At least 1 year experienced in the field of recruitment and selection.
