1. Corporate Promotion Executive ( Code: CPE)Job Description:
a. To promote our company before the potential clients;
b. To communicate and deal with a potential high profile companies;
c. Follow up our proposal to the potential clients;
d. To close down the deal and acquire attractive project from potential clients;
e. To maintain a good relationship and networking with a number of clients intensely;
f. To prepare a formal proposal to engage the prospective clients;
g. To explain and elaborate all contents, material as well as terms and condition under the proposal to the prospective clients comprehensively;
h. To prepare an organized and systematic working and target timeline;
i. To prepare a working progress report periodically.
2. Distribution Marketing Executive ( Code: DME)Job Description:
a. To distribute and sell our products to the potential buyers;
b. To increase the amount of sales to the fullest extent;
c. To provide valuable inputs on strategic selling distribution and to implement it effectively;
d. To maintain a good relationship and networking with buyers;
e. To promote our company and products before the potential buyers;
f. To communicate and deal with different people with different characteristics;
g. To prepare a formal proposal to engage with prospective media distribution agency, buyers and other related parties for the purpose of products sales;
h. To prepare an organized and systematic working and target timeline;
i. To prepare a working progress report periodically;
3. General Affair (Code: GA)Job Description:
a. To assist CPE/DME in performing their duties;
b. To prepare and manage correspondences, formal reports and documents;
c. To organize and coordinate meetings;
d. To prepare, type and provide minutes of meetings;
e. To implement and maintain office systems;
f. To help maintain schedules and deadlines;
g. To arrange and confirm appointments schedule;
h. To help organize internal and external events;
i. To handle incoming mail and other material;
j. To set up and maintain filing systems and manage office and its equipments;
k. To communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information;
l. To liaise with internal and external contacts and maintain customer databases;
m. To coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
4. Graphic Designer (Code: GD)Job Description:
a. To develop product and project requirements, creating hand drawn or computer sketches / related software to outline ideas;
b. To develop visuals by determining the colors, sizes, fonts, mediums, and layout;
c. To create mock-ups, which are multiple samples of a project for employers to select from or make changes;
d. To design and develop the layout of our product and any project relating thereto attractively and in a timely manner;
e. To incorporate the visuals into layouts for publication.
Requirements (CPE & DME):1. Single, max 28 years old;
2. Good looking and attractive;
3. Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of marketing is required;
4. Having an outstanding track record of marketing in the previous occupations (not dropped out);
5. Those who have an experience as Corporate Promotion Executive and Distribution Marketing Executive will be preferred;
6. Minimum educational background at least SMU and equivalent ( Bachelor Degrees applicants will have salary adjustment);
7. Have a personal transportation and a valid driving license/ SIM and ID Card / KTP;
8. Target oriented and capable to meet deadline;
9. Able to work under pressure;
10. Able to work in a team and have a good leadership qualities;
11. Hard worker, reliable, honest and responsible person;
12. Possess an excellent body language as well as communication skills .
Requirements (GA):1. Single, max 28 years old;
2. Good looking and attractive;
3. Minimum educational background at least D3 in any related fields;
4. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant field is required;
5. Knowledge of administrative and secretarial procedures as well as business principles;
6. Experience of producing correspondence and formal documents in English;
7. Those who have an experience as secretary will be preferred;
8. Have a personal transportation and a valid driving license/ SIM and ID Card / KTP;
9. Able to work under pressure and work as a team and meet required deadlines;
10. Hard worker, reliable, honest and responsible person;
11. Possess an excellent body language as well as communication skills;
12. Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications – MS OFFICE;
13. Additional skills in Photoshop / Illustrator / Corel is an advantage;
Requirements (GD):1. Single, max 28 years old;
2. Good looking and attractive;
3. Minimum educational background at least Bachelor Degrees in the field of Design Communication Visual/DeKaVe (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply);
4. Excellent skills in various computerized design techniques such as Photoshop / Illustrator etc and the ability to use color and design effectively is required;
5. Able to show personal portfolio is an advantage;
6. Possessing other skills in web design, design principles, printing methods, commercial graphic design and knowledge of art materials is an advantage;
7. Knowledge of how people think and react to visual images and awareness of current market trends;
8. Able to interpret clients' ideas and turn them into a suitable image format;
9. Have a valid ID Card / KTP;
10. Able to work under pressure and work as a team;
11. Hard worker, reliable, honest and responsible person;
12. Creative, motivated, possesses good problem-solving skills and time management skills.
For CPE and DME, we offer attractive salary, allowance, commission, target bonus and annual bonus for those who fulfill the requirements above.
Below is the estimated monthly income for the above position.
1. CPE (Corporate Promotion Executive) - Rp 10.620.000,-
2. DME (Distribution Marketing Executive) - Rp 10.500.000,-
3. GA (General Affair) - Rp 3.000.000,-
